As a Queer Black healer, my mission is to invigorate connection and revolutionary healing throughout the often neglected spaces of Black and queer communities. I myself am from a small town where my identities were often overlooked and disregarded when discussing my health and what was best for me. Instead of listening to what I had to say, or what my body needed, doctors neglected my care and encouraged me to follow plans that resulted in confusion and over medication. In 2018, my family lost my mother due to such neglect within this flawed system. At that point I decided that enough was enough, it was time to reclaim the power of natural healing and preventative care. 

It was then that I founded Creative Wholeness as a healing space to act as shelter for those burned out by traditional ways of healing. My work is rooted in holistic care as I encourage wellness on all levels of mind, body, spirit, and emotion. Within this integrative structure, I help clients recognize and change harmful mindsets and behavior patterns that challenge their happiness, wellness, and longevity. I can often be found cultivating my own health and wellness while enjoying kickboxing, meditation yoga, reading, or writing poetry. My wildly free spirit also enjoys being out in nature, painting, dancing, and traveling the world and beyond.
