Yoga
Yoga is a wonderful practice to strengthen body, mind, and soul. Although there are many different practices, yoga is widely known to help increase flexibility and muscle strength, improve respiration, maintain balance, and restore energy.

HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training involves short workouts comprised of exercises done with quick burst of energy and short resting periods. Typically lasting no more than 30 minutes this type of conditioning is great for burning energy which burns more calories and fat.

Lift Weights
Often thought to only build muscle, weight lifting is great to aid with improving posture, gaining bone density, boosting metabolism, lowering inflammation, and even enhancing sleep. Adding 2-3 days of lifting to a workout routine is a great way to see added benefits.

Participating in a team sport is a great way to stay active and build relationships with teammates. Having already set practice times and other team members can greatly help with accountability and long term success.

Joining a gym is a great way to commit to incorporating fitness into daily life. Many gyms also offer group classes which can be great to build camaraderie and accountability.

Ride a Bike
Working to build endurance, biking provides a great cardio workout. Known to improve joint mobility, strengthen bones, and decrease stress, riding a bike has many health benefits. Stay on flat paths for a great lower body workout, or hit the mountains for full body action engaging the upper body and core.
